Sino Composite offers customer with Pultruded FRP Grating system. This grating is with advantages of light weight, anti corrosive, high strength and cost efficient. Various of resin, color and specification are available. The “I” bar shape is with great performance of free design. “T” bar shape is with a strong surface that prevents objects catching in between the load bars. The pultruded FRP bar type profile is specifically designed to handle heavy wheel traffic like truck traffic, tow motors and fork lifts.
Pultruded FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) grating consists of continuous glass strands encased in resin and wrapped in a surfacing veil which protects the fibers and allows resin to saturate the outermost part of the bar as well as penetrate between the glass fibers. This ensures a smooth and corrosion-resistant surface, with a higher glass/resin ratio than molded products. The individual bars are then assembled using cross bars and epoxy to mechanically join the load bars. Pultruded grating has unidirectional strength, with its much higher glass content resulting in a greater span capability than molded products. This product is usually specified in applications requiring larger spans or heavier loading.

Cover surface
Cover surface is where high strength covered floors are required. The system is supplied with Checkerplate or Anti-Slip surface bonded to every load bar to ensure performance is maintained in harsh environments.
